I offer both custom designed stationery, as well as an online shop where you can purchase items from my wedding collections.

HOW LONG DOES ORDERS TAKE?

Please allow up to one month for Wedding Collection orders and up to four months for Custom designed stationery.  Please feel free to contact me to discuss your timeline – rush orders are sometimes possible. 

WHEN SHOULD I SEND OUT MY SAVE THE DATES?

You can send out save the dates up to one year ahead of your wedding date.  If you have a destination wedding where guests would need to book flights, arrange visas, leave, etc. you can send them out even earlier.

Wedding invitations should be sent out two to three months before your wedding date.

WEDDING COLLECTION – PRINTED

How does it work – After your payment has been received you will receive your first proof within 3 working days (please check your junk or spam folder if not!)  Please have a careful look at the design and let me know any changes to be made. 

I recommend that you have the draft printed at your local print shop to make sure you are happy with the colours, this is also a good time to check that you are happy with the layout and that you have included all the information you want (and that everything is spelled correctly!!)

Two free revision rounds are included.  Once you have signed off on the designs they will be sent for printing.  Please allow up to two weeks for printing, if you have chosen any custom options the turnaround time will be communicated to you. 

Please note that turnaround times can be affected by stock availability, holdups at the printer and other factors I cannot control.  Any delays will be communicated to you.

Can I customise my suite?  I will change wording, font colour and text placement for you.  If you wish to make significant changes a design a fee of R500.00 will be payable.

When should I order my stationery?

For items in the wedding collection, please allow up to four weeks before delivery. 

What paper do you print on?

All paper weights are under the description of each item.  Any changes to the paper type may incur an additional cost.

Shipping – All packages ship from my home office in Fish Hoek, Cape Town and should reach you within three days. You will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it ships.  Please use a delivery address where someone is available during office hours. You are also welcome to collect from me. 

Shipping charges – A flat rate of R150.00

International orders – Please contact me prior to ordering if you live outside of South Africa.

I need something to match the invitations that you don’t have in the shop – Let me know what you need!  I would love to create something just for you

Do you have a minimum order quantity – My minimum order quantity is 25 items

How do I pay – All payments to be made via Paypal or EFT.  Please note that I will only start work on your items once payment clears in my account.

Cancellations, refunds and exchanges – Due to the customized nature of the work involved, I do not accept any returns/exchanges, and do not offer refunds. It is therefore extremely important that you review your order and design proofs carefully before signing off on them. 

WEDDING COLLECTION – DIGITAL DESIGNS

CUSTOM DESIGNS

Turnaround times for custom designs will be communicated to you, as it depends on the scope of the project, but please allow up to four months.

Once we have printed and assembled your stationery all packages ship from my home office in Fish Hoek, Cape Town and should reach you within three days. You will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it ships.  Please use a delivery address where someone is available during office hours. You are also welcome to collect from me.

How do I pay – You will receive an invoice for my retainer fee once we have confirmed your stationery requirements.  All payments to be made via EFT.  Please note that I will only start work on your items once payment clears in my account.  You will receive an invoice for the balance once you have signed off the designs, this must be paid in full before we send for printing.
