You need someone to think things through with. This is one of the parts of my work I really value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a business owner, you make decisions all day and sometimes you just need <strong>another practical perspective.<\/strong> I can help you step back from the day-to-day, look at what&#8217;s happening and work through the options with you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>More than a pair of hands. More than a consultant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I don&#8217;t believe in giving every business the same solution. Before I recommend a system, create an SOP or take something off your plate, I want to understand <strong>how your business actually works.<\/strong> What are you doing? What&#8217;s taking too much time? What&#8217;s falling through the cracks? Where could technology help? And what simply needs a human being to take ownership?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Then we work out what makes sense.<\/strong> Sometimes that&#8217;s a new system, an SOP, AI &#8211; sometimes it&#8217;s simply getting something organised and off your plate.
