Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing your oder.  These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods or services to you. Payment of your invoice / retainer fee to Lizelle Cothill Design Studio constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.

Lizelle Cothill Design Studio reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and we reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage.


Orders for digital designs, or for any of the wedding collections are payable on order.

For custom designs, a non-refundable retainer fee will be required before any design work can begin.  An invoice for the retainer will be sent to you.  Proof of payment must be sent to hello@lizellecothill.com

The outstanding balance plus any additional design work requested / additional costs will be added to the final invoice, payable prior to your designs been sent for printing.

All costs are quoted in, and are to be paid in, South African Rands (ZAR) by EFT. Bank details will appear on your invoice. 


PDF proofs and final artwork will be sent via email.  Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with errors or omissions and are subsequently printed, Lizelle Cothill Design Studio will not take any responsibility or be held liable for any resulting cost.  All designs needs to be signed off prior to going to print.

Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from printed colour. 

Unless otherwise specified, two revision rounds proofs are included in the design fee, thereafter an additional fee will be applied.


It is the client’s responsibility to acquire permission to reproduce any copyrighted material submitted for their designs. You will be required to indemnify Lizelle Cothill Design Studio in writing should any infringement or copyright claims by a third party be made in respect of the material provided. I reserve the right to use any custom designs created to promote my products and services.


Due to the customized nature of the work involved, I do not accept any returns/exchanges, and do not offer refunds. It is therefore extremely important that you review your order and design proofs carefully before signing off on them. 

I do however want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact me. In the event of an error on our side, I will fix it as soon as possible. 

Should any changes to your wedding details occur after printing a new order would need to be placed. Please contact me to arrange for a reorder and new quotation.
