Wedding Stationery – Design Process
Your wedding invitation is the first “sneak preview” of your wedding day, and I want the design process to be as uncomplicated as possble as I know how stressfull wedding planning can be.
Below you will find a brief outline on the design process:
Enquiry & Quotation: Once you have completed the online enquiry form, or we have had our initial consultation, I will forward a quotation to you.
Quotation Approval: If you are happy with the quotation, I will send you a deposit invoice for payment to secure your booking.
Let’s get started! I will ask you to complete a document with your requested wording for your stationery – not to worry, I will send you some examples for everything needed! I will also send you a mood board and colour palette – you will have the opportunity to review and make changes.
Design Phase: Let the design work begin (my favourite part!) You will receive an electronic proof of all your requested designs, and will have the opportunity to make changes (up to three revision rounds)
Final Design Presented: When all the stationery pieces have been reviewed and edited you will be asked to sign off on the designs.
Payment of balance: Once we have received your approval, your remaining balance will be due before production can begin.
Production: Printing and assembly can take up to 4 weeks depending on your order size and complexity.
We are done! I will notify you once your order is ready. If you are in the Cape Town area you can collect your order, or it can be couriered to you for an additional fee.
