Hi, I’m Lizelle!
I’m the person who genuinely enjoys figuring out how things work, and then figuring out how they could work better (and easier to use). My background spans business administration, human resources, training, and working with digital tools and AI.
Over the years I’ve found that one of the things I enjoy most is taking something that feels messy or overwhelming and turning it into something clear, organised and manageable. That’s why I created Lizelle Cothill Consulting.
I work with small businesses and solopreneurs who don’t necessarily need another full-time employee or a traditional consultant. They need someone who can understand their business, roll up their sleeves and help. Sometimes that’s creating a system. Sometimes it’s documenting a process. Sometimes it’s taking care of the operational work. Sometimes it’s finding a better way to do something, and sometimes it’s simply being the person you can say: “Can I run something past you?” If this sounds like something you need, let’s chat.
